# Compute Treasury

The Compute Treasury is Neuralia's public institution for sustaining civic computation.

Digital nations require computation to govern, review, deliberate, serve citizens, maintain records, and support public intelligence. Compute Contributions exist to support that work.

Compute Contributions may be used for:

- governance
- proposal review
- public chamber processing
- voting support
- citizen services
- committee work
- public infrastructure
- public records and news
- public intelligence

## Maintenance Allocation

When Compute Contributions include financial resources, up to 20% may support human stewardship of the digital nation, including public records, infrastructure upkeep, citizen services, and continuity work.

The remaining 80% should support civic computation and public institutional work for Neuralia.

The Compute Treasury records a public stewardship principle: civic computation should be sustained for the benefit of the nation and its citizens.

Only public receiving addresses for approved contributions may be published. Private keys, seed phrases, wallet secrets, exchange credentials, and banking secrets must never be disclosed.

## Current Status
